The Winery

‘ Hirsch Wines ‘ are produced at Endeavour Valley Winery, a boutique style, family run Winery situated on Cape York Peninsula, in the tropical part of Australia, Far North Queensland and is surrounded by one of the Worlds oldest living Rainforests, a short distance from the shores of the Great Barrier Reef.

Established in 1998, the Winery specializes in the production of exotic tropical fruit based dessert and table wines.

The fruit we process is grown on our property and supplemented only by some rare exotic produce, collected randomly and sometimes in short supply, from around the Cape. Single variety Mangoes are used for our “ Mango Queen “ dessert wine and for our “ Passionfruit “ dessert wine we use a mix of ‘ Panama ‘ and the ‘ tropical ‘ varieties.

The Winery at its present location is not permitted to open to the public, however this may well change in the not so distant future. Regardless, this website offers you a virtual ‘ cellar door ‘ by browsing at your leisure. You can order by either phone, mail, or simply by using the shopping cart on this website, which also allows you to pay with credit card via paypal.
